Your idea stays yours
Sharing an idea, configuring an app or sending a brief does not transfer ownership of your materials to AppVerticals. Your brand, content and customer data remain yours. A subscription gives you use of the app we operate; source-code ownership is a separate matter covered by the Terms and any written buyout or custom-development agreement.
A clear purpose for your brief
We use non-public project information to assess your requirements, discuss a proposal, and deliver and support the work you request. We do not sell your brief or use your confidential materials to build another customer's product. Similar general features can exist in other apps; confidentiality does not make a general idea or our independently developed platform exclusive to you.
Access only where it is needed
Relevant team members, contractors, advisers and service providers may need access to evaluate or deliver the work. Our confidentiality terms require appropriate obligations for those recipients. Submitted details may be stored in our project database, CRM and internal notifications. The Privacy Policy explains the providers and personal-information processing involved.
Mutual protection, with defined exceptions
Our Terms protect non-public information shared by either side, including information that is clearly confidential even if it is not stamped with a label. They also explain the usual exceptions: information already lawfully known, publicly available without a breach, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source. A legally required disclosure is limited to what is necessary, with notice where permitted.
Want a signed mutual NDA first?
Select “Arrange a mutual NDA with my brief” in the builder or contact form. We record that request with your enquiry and our team follows up to arrange signatures. You can also email info@appverticals.com with your name and company’s legal name. You can send your own proposed agreement for review. Keep the initial request high-level and wait for both parties to sign before sharing information that requires that signed protection. Requesting an NDA, opening this page or submitting the brief does not itself execute an NDA. Signing an NDA does not oblige you to purchase a build.
Approval before publicity or extra work
We seek written permission before publishing your confidential project details, non-public screens or a case study identifying you as a customer. We confirm scope before implementation and obtain your written approval for extra paid work. You can review the build before approving a public launch or app-store submission.
Return, deletion and customer data
You can ask us to return or delete confidential materials that are no longer needed for the work. Legal obligations, dispute records and backups may affect when every copy can be removed; retained information remains protected. The Terms and any signed NDA set the applicable process. If we will process your customers’ personal data, the project may also need a data processing agreement. An NDA does not replace it.
Start with the outline
A short description of your audience, the problem and the features you need is enough for the first conversation. Do not send passwords, secret keys, payment details, medical records or customer databases through the builder. Builder configurations may be saved as you work, before you submit your contact details. Ask us to agree the right channel before sharing sensitive material.
